It may not seem much at that time, but that was my start. We all have to start somewhere and I believe in the slow and steady progress instead of big progressions that will instantly burn you out and make you quit your goal along the way. I have not been serious with my exercise goals before March 2016 that is why my waist line ballooned to a 34” I believe. Tune in to my next topic as I break down on how to create an effective goal. |
